Brad Sides started his professional career in real estate over twenty-one years ago as a portfolio investor and trainer for one of the largest online real estate education companies in the world, training over 16,000 students nationwide on every subject from single-family home flips to large developments. He also trains realtors how to turn their commission realty businesses from 1 stream of income to 10.
Over that twenty-year span, he has successfully operated as an agent and portfolio investor acquiring countless cash flow properties, managing sometimes up to twenty-five rehabs or flips each year, as well as spearheading new development projects.

Brad's journey did not begin too much differently than many of our students. Twenty-one years ago, he was sitting on the couch broke and credit-less, with thirty-five thousand dollars in consumer debt, watching an infomercial about real estate and the opportunities it affords. Shortly after that infomercial, he signed up for an online real estate coaching and education course that would eventually lead him to travel the globe training other students while simultaneously building his own personal real estate portfolio.
This is a perfect example of how the average person can take an opportunity to invest in themselves and turn that into an inspiring success story. Brad wants you to share in his success by becoming a huge success yourself. Clearly with enough drive, education and opportunity, anyone can accomplish anything.
Our Heart
Education would simply be education without a given heart and purpose behind it. Our purpose is to train up a new generation of independently successful investors and entrepreneurs.
